NOAA & ARGOS Satellite Elements

Copy the elements below, beginning with the first N of NOAA 12, and ending with
the last number of the second line of NOAA 15. Paste the elements into a new Windows
Notepad file. Save the file with just that element information. Then use that file
to update satellite elements in SIRS or SIRS HRPT. There are a few other Met
satellites included, which may be useful.
